What happens when management students step out of classrooms and into communities?
For the interns from SIES Business School, their internship with Sampoorna Shiksha, conducted from 20th November 2025 to 2nd February 2026, became a journey of learning, empathy, and action.
From teaching young learners to designing fun, activity-based lessons, the interns brought fresh energy into everyday classrooms. They explored creative ways to teach English, Maths, and values—turning learning into something children genuinely looked forward to.
Beyond teaching, the interns rolled up their sleeves to create digital content, document learning journeys, Curriculums, Stories & Presentations, Sorting & Packing Happy Pariksha Kits and support educators with fresh ideas. Every session came with its own lessons—patience, adaptability, teamwork, and leadership.
This internship wasn’t just about gaining experience; it was about creating impact. And for these interns, the biggest takeaway was simple yet powerful: meaningful learning happens when knowledge meets purpose.
