Across India, millions of students attend school every day but still lack foundational skills. In underserved communities, the gap is even wider. Classrooms lack resources, teachers lack support, and students miss out on meaningful learning experiences.
Every child, regardless of where they are born, deserves an education that truly prepares them for the world.
This belief drove our co-founders, Lata Srinivasan and Pushpa Subramanian, to build Sampoorna Shiksha. Through low-cost, scalable models aligned with NEP 2020, we strengthen classrooms, empower teachers and keep communities invested in every child's growth.

Shikshalaya
Classrooms Built for Curiosity
Under Project Shikshalaya, we build and improve school infrastructure to create engaging, student-friendly classrooms. We set up Toy and Book Libraries, computer labs and state board-aligned digital smartboards. Beyond infrastructure, we also train educators to use these resources effectively, ensuring they are meaningfully integrated into everyday teaching.

Skills That Open Doors
Under Project Shiksha Vikas, we equip students with skills that go beyond the syllabus. Our programs cover spoken English, financial literacy, leadership, governance and civics, storytelling and art and craft. Through hands-on and experiential learning, we build confident, well-rounded individuals who are truly prepared for the real world.

Giving Back Through Education
Our volunteers and interns work directly with students, bringing mentorship, exposure and consistent support into classrooms. They run sessions in spoken English, art and STEM activities. Through their work, students explore ideas and opportunities that go well beyond the textbook.
