A holistic school transformation initiative at a government school that focused on creating a safer, more engaging and child-friendly learning environment. The project included the construction of a toilet block, BALA (Building as Learning Aid) wall paintings across the school campus, and improvements to the overall school infrastructure to make learning spaces more vibrant and inspiring.

A comprehensive school transformation project at a Zilla Parishad School in Dahanu that combined digital infrastructure with joyful learning spaces. The intervention included the establishment of a Computer Lab, installation of a Digital Smartboard with curriculum-aligned content, and a Kitab Khilona Library to create a holistic learning environment for tribal students.

To strengthen foundational literacy and joyful learning, Kitab Khilona Libraries were established across multiple schools & community centres, providing children with access to storybooks, educational toys, puzzles and activity-based learning resources that encourage curiosity, creativity and collaborative learning.

Capacity-building workshops were conducted for teachers from Stree Mukti Sanghatana Community Learning Centres to strengthen classroom practices through activity-based learning, classroom management strategies and innovative teaching methodologies.
